This giveaway is sponsored by PEVO SPORTS (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of [ELIGIBLE COUNTRY/REGION(S)] who are at least 18 years old (or age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on [March 3rd, 2026 11:59PM] and ends on [April 3rd, 2026 11:59PM] (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

3. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, you may enter by submitting an honest product review on Sponsor’s website for an eligible product you purchased from Sponsor (the “Entry”).

• Limit: one (1) entry per customer per order.
• Your review may be positive or negative. No specific rating is required.
• Reviews must be your own original content and comply with Sponsor’s review guidelines and site terms.
• Incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or automated entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive: [Small Series YOUTH GOAL 4x6] youth goal, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $495 USD.

• Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
• Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Shipping: [STATE SHIPPING INCLUDED]. If excluded, winner is responsible for shipping costs and any import duties/taxes, if applicable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or about [April 10th, 2026].

Winner will be notified by email at the email address associated with their order or review within [7] business days after the drawing. If winner does not respond within [72 Hours], is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for spam filters, misdirected emails, or other issues that prevent a winner from receiving notification.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Review Incentive Disclosure (Honest Reviews)

Entry into the giveaway is offered as a thank you for leaving an honest review and is provided regardless of rating or sentiment. Reviews are not required to be positive to be eligible.

Sponsor may mark or display reviews as “incentivized” or similar, where required by law or platform policy.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner may be asked to consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and/or local taxes and any other costs or fees associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue required tax forms where applicable.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any errors in the administration of the giveaway.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree that Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the giveaway are final and binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to waive any right to bring or participate in any lawsuit, class action, or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway.

Entrants further agree to release and forever discharge Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
