Our Story: A Soccer Goal Is Born
PEVO Sports was founded in 2001 in Bloomington, Indiana, by Don Pevonka, an engineer and father with a passion for manufacturing and the game of soccer.
While raising his children in a soccer environment, Don recognized an opportunity to create something better: a durable, well-engineered soccer goal that could withstand years of use without the premium price tag.
What began as a passion project grew into a manufacturing business. PEVO initially supplied soccer goals to local clubs, and word spread about the quality, durability, and value of its products.
In 2002, PEVO Sports relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina, where our manufacturing operations remain today.
