At PEVO Sports, we take pride in manufacturing our soccer goals and equipment from start to finish in Wilmington, North Carolina. Because we build our products ourselves, we stand behind the quality of every goal that leaves our facility.

Our Commitment

PEVO Sports guarantees to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use and proper installation.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, simply contact our team. Every claim is reviewed individually so we can determine the best solution, whether that's replacement parts, repair recommendations, or another appropriate resolution.

What Our Guarantee Covers

Our Product Guarantee applies to:

• Defects in materials
• Defects in manufacturing or workmanship
• Products used as intended and installed according to PEVO Sports recommendations

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our Product Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Vandalism or intentional damage
• Vehicle collisions or other accidents
• Severe weather, flooding, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, or other Acts of God
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or aging from outdoor exposure
• Damage caused by improper storage or handling

In other words, if a goal is damaged because of circumstances outside of manufacturing quality—whether it's a storm, misuse, or an accident—it would not qualify under our Product Guarantee.

How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact PEVO Sports directly.
2. Provide your order information along with photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review the claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
